B.E.D. opened in Dec. 1999 to rave reviews for the food and its decor.
No tables, chairs, or banquettes; you are actually served dinner in BED,
on an oval rattan tray.
Owners: Oliver Hoyos and Pascale Hoyos
Chef: Chef Vitor Casassola comes to B.E.D. from the Blue Door Restaurant
(located at the Delano Hotel). Trained at the New York Restaurant School,
Chef Vitor excels in French and American contemporary cuisine.

We
offer 2 dinner seatings Monday - Saturday:
1st seating – 8:00pm or 8:30 pm
2nd seating- 10:30pm or 11:00pm
Bottle Service begins at 12:30am
The
lounge is available for cocktails from open
to close Monday-Saturday.
Please
be prompt for all reservations. There is
a 15 minute grace period. Your reservation
will be forfeited beyond the 15 minute grace
period.
There
is a one-entrée minimum per person
for dinner and guests are allotted 2 hours
in their BED per seating.
Please
be advised that BED has a communal seating
policy and all small parties (1-5) will be
sharing beds with other small parties;groups
of 6 or more will have their own bed.
Bottle
Service has a required minimum of one bottle
of alcohol per 4 people (wine not included).
Attire
should be fashionably chic and hip, yet relaxed;
elegant yet casual. The dress code is strictly
enforced. Anyone in sneakers, shorts, t-shirts,
or any kind of sports attire will be denied
entry, even if you have a reservation.
