drapery is a magical setting for enjoying the

Troisgros, French born scion of the great Troisgros
family is in charge of the kitchen. His French
techniques and tropical ingredients render in
such delights as Mussel Big Ravioli filled with
Apio Puree and a Creamy Mussel Sauce, his signature
dish, Loup Cajou, a fillet of Sea Bass in a
Brown Sauce with Cashew Nuts, and for dessert
Crepe Passion, a Passion Fruit Pancake Crepe
Soufflé.
