At Delano's newest restaurant, even family-style dining is hipper than
hip.

Scene
Diners sit at a long, tall table that they share with other restaurant
patrons (it seats 18). Not feeling sociable? There is always at least
one other small table hidden behind the main one.
The
Food
The menu doesn't seem overpriced, but you soon realize that the portions
of the innovative cuisine are miniscule, and you'll need many to fill
up. Consider the spicy tuna roll with olives, almonds, raisins, cooked
mahi mahi and spicy mayonnaise. Sounds overdone? It works, as do the
dozen or so other rolls and nigiri. There are a handful of appetizers
but no dumplings, tempura or other Asian standards. Better are the individually
paired combos like stone crab and coconut, prosciutto and pickled daikon,
and barbecued mahi mahi with crushed almonds. All come with a selection
of sweet and savory dipping sauces that range from somewhat hot to honey
