Cuisine, a sexy spin on New American Cuisine-steeped
in exotic Hispanic/Latino influences.
Chef Carmen Gonzalez unites Post New American
fare and Latino flavors combining unique blends

Chef Gonzalez, a true culinary artist, is a
master of creating unique plates for the palate.
She sprinkles her dishes with distinct Latino

yuca, mofongo, plantains, and island mojito
sauce. The Caribbean touches and influences
of the tropics coupled with her passion for
classic dining and sophisticated cuisine ensure
an unforgettable dining experience.

in Chef Carmen Gonzalez' Pan Seared Red Snapper
Filet with White Water Clams and Chorizo Stew.

Restaurant, Gonzalez is a 20-year veteran in
the world of fine dining. Both the chef's visionary
