This dynamic destination point features Post-New-American Cuisine, a sexy spin on New American Cuisine-steeped in exotic Hispanic/Latino influences.
Chef Carmen Gonzalez unites Post New American fare and Latino flavors combining unique blends of ingredients to achieve one-of-a-kind recipes. Chef Gonzalez, a true culinary artist, is a master of creating unique plates for the palate. She sprinkles her dishes with distinct Latino flavor, which is a reflection of her heritage that emulate Puerto Rican food customs including yuca, mofongo, plantains, and island mojito sauce. The Caribbean touches and influences of the tropics coupled with her passion for classic dining and sophisticated cuisine ensure an unforgettable dining experience.

The menu is chock full of bold inspirations, as in Chef Carmen Gonzalez' Pan Seared Red Snapper Filet with White Water Clams and Chorizo Stew.

Former chef of the distinguished Clown's and Tamarind Restaurant, Gonzalez is a 20-year veteran in the world of fine dining. Both the chef's visionary flair in the kitchen and her commitment to the causes (with a strong presence in Share Our Strength, University of Miami's Sylvester Cancer Center, and her own organization Feeding the Mind) have earned Gonzalez a devoted following as one of South Florida's culinary elite.
