After
a night of indulgence in South Beach, the DiLido
Beach Club provides the perfect daytime respite.
This elegant enclave, at The Ritz-Carlton, South
Beach, has the distinction of being the only
beachfront restaurant on South Beach where diners
can sit right on the beach and enjoy direct
views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Under
the creative eye of the resort's Executive Chef
Thomas Connell and Chef de Cuisine Bernardo
Espinel, the DiLido Beach Club offers a gustatorial
sanctuary with cuisine that is light and healthful
in nature, yet heavy on sophistication and flavor.
Here, the culinary focus is inspired by tastes
found in the Mediterranean – a "Sun
Cuisine" that's both sweet and savory and
evokes a wave of succulent, refreshing flavor
at every bite.
Dining
at the 140-seat restaurant offers guests a relaxing
beachside respite for both lunch and dinner
in a beautiful Moroccan-inspired setting. Hanging
lanterns, swinging hammocks, bright flowers,
day beds and white draping curtains create the
mystique of Arabian Nights.
The
DiLido Beach Club is open for lunch beginning
at noon and dinner every evening until 10 p.m.;
serving cocktails until 11 p.m.
