Look out South Beach, a new hot spot has joined
in the fun of Miami's famed South Beach! Chef
Emeril Lagasse brings his high energy, bold
exciting flavors and an unforgettable dining
experience to Miami's South Beach.
Like
Lagasse's flagship restaurant, Emeril's in New
Orleans, the menu features what Lagasse calls
"new" New Orleans cuisine, which includes
the history and richness of Creole cuisine with
the addition of progressive, cultural and seasonal
influences. Emeril's signature dishes include
New Orleans Barbecue Shrimp with a Petite Rosemary
Biscuit; Niman Ranch Double-Cut Pork Chop with
Tamarind Glaze, Carmelized Sweet Potatoes and
Green Chili Mole Sauce; and Banana Cream Pie
with a Graham Cracker Crust, Caramel Sauce and
Chocolate Shavings. Emeril's Miami Beach also
features an extensive wine program, beginning
with 800-1000 selections.
Located
near the Loews Hotel on Collins Avenue in the
St. Moritz Hotel building, Emeril's Miami Beach
complements South Beach's entertainment scene.

Emeril Lagasse’s newest restaurant, Emeril’s
Miami Beach introduces “New New Orleans”
cuisine to Miami's South Beach. Located at the
Loews Miami Beach Hotel, the newly renovated
restaurant includes signature touches developed
by the Rockwell Group and Emeril Lagasse, while
paying homage to the architectural grandeur
and significance of the unique historical art
deco location. The expo kitchen and the food
bar, located in the main dining room, offer
guests a special dining experience. Although
walk-ins can be accommodated, reservations are
recommended. Our dress policy is business casual
for dinner and casual dress for lunch with no
tank tops for men. Thomas Azar, Chef de Cuisine,
and Jim Griffin, General Manager, are dedicated
to providing you with that memorable dining
experience.
