Stake your claim to all the meat you can eat at this busy Brazilian churrascaria.
The
Scene
The marble-floored dining room with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay fairly
bustles with activity. Waiters bearing hunks of meat on skewers flit
from table to table, slicing it to order; others push dessert and bar
carts around the room, the latter dispensing alcoholic time-bombs called
caipirinhas. Diners go back and forth filling up their plates at the
extensive salad bar.
The
Food
With reasonable all-you-can-eat rates (sans drinks, dessert and tip),
Porcao makes it possible to fill up your stomach without emptying your
wallet. Begin at the fresh salad bar, which offers everything from standard
greens and seafood salads to hot items and sushi. Meats (several cuts
of beef, lamb, chicken and sausages) are simply seasoned, flavorful and
expertly grilled. Among the side dishes, the soupy, savory black beans
are a good bet. If you have any appetite left, light and creamy flan
makes a fine dessert
